Welcome to From Signs to Business Mentorship Program. By purchasing services, booking sessions, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

By completing the purchase of any product, service, mentorship package, digital resource, or program offered through From Signs to Business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance of these terms is effective immediately upon purchase.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to From Signs to Business are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Missed appointments

• Scheduling conflicts

• Change of mind

• Partial use of services

• Failure to attend a session

If a family emergency or illness occurs, please contact me directly to discuss potential options on a case-by-case basis.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Sessions are scheduled based on availability. My work schedule may vary every two weeks.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible, and the session will be rescheduled.

Clients are responsible for providing at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Recording Consent

All virtual mentorship sessions are recorded and made available through the Kajabi platform for educational review and personal development purposes.

By participating in the mentorship program, you consent to audio and video recording of sessions. 

Recordings will not be shared outside of the Kajabi platform without permission from both the mentor and participant.

Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or posting of recordings, materials, or session content may result in immediate termination from the program and legal action when applicable.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

Both the mentor and participant agree to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions that occur during sessions. When discussing interpreting assignments, work experiences, or real-world scenarios, all conversations should follow the principles and expectations outlined in the RID Code of Professional Conduct, including protecting consumer privacy and confidentiality. 

From Signs to Business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior.

Mentorship Disclaimer

The mentorship program is designed to provide guidance, education, professional development, and support for advanced students, interpreting students and interpreters.

Participation in this program does not guarantee certification, employment, placement, passing scores on exams, or specific professional outcomes.

Individual progress depends on each participant's effort, experience, and application of the concepts discussed.

Materials & Intellectual Property

All mentorship materials, recordings, resources, and content provided through From Signs to Business remain the intellectual property of From Signs to Business unless otherwise stated or shared from public content.

Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, sold, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Communication Expectations

Email is the primary method of communication for mentorship-related questions and scheduling matters.

Text messages should be reserved for urgent matters only.

Response times may vary depending on work schedule and availability.

Limitation of Liability

From Signs to Business shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from participation in mentorship services, use of materials, scheduling issues, or inability to attend sessions.

Changes to Terms

From Signs to Business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
